OPDA Stopped Giving Certificates Worldwide

Hey, A bad news...OPDA stopped giving certificates..

The OPDA forum says that 

"ALL WORLDWIDE CERT ISSUING HAS NOW BEEN STOPPED - SORRY BUT NOTHING WE CAN DO."

So, as they stopped there is not any way to sign your apps...
It means the users who already have their certificates, are happy, but only for 3 years thats not good...

Anyways, we can't do anything...
I am searching for a technique to get cerificates.
